Development of an individualised exercise program and / or training schedule, accessible from home via app.

Follow up session
Monitoring and progression of your individualised exercise program.
Continued support with behaviour change to aid with motivation and adherence.
Follow-up sessions are also used to address new concerns with existing clients.

The Kickstart Bundle is designed for those ready to take a definitive first step toward long-term wellness. This journey begins with a comprehensive Initial Assessment to establish your health baseline and create a personalized roadmap tailored to your specific goals.
To ensure your progress stays on track, the bundle includes three dedicated follow-up appointments. These sessions provide the professional support and accountability needed to refine your plan and overcome any challenges. To maintain consistent momentum, all appointments are to be utilized within 10 weeks of your purchase.
