Mackenzie's Story
Wellness Through Movement
After years working in multidisciplinary teams and traditional clinic spaces, I noticed the same thing: many people felt overlooked, disconnected from their bodies, and unsure of how to safely move again. I created KIN Exercise Physiology to change that – by offering a service that educates, empathises and provides access to EP services regardless of your postcode.
“KIN helps you reconnect with your body, and rebuild strength, energy, and confidence – through compassionate, evidence-based exercise tailored to you.”

Specialty Areas
Women's Health
I work with women navigating motherhood, burnout, chronic illness, hormonal shifts, or those simply wanting to feel like themselves again. Whether you’re returning to exercise after time away, managing a complex condition, or chasing new goals – I am so passionate about supporting you to feel your best.
Chronic Pain
Living with persistent pain is difficult. Together, we explore evidence-based movement that respects your body, reduces fear, and helps you feel more in control of your wellbeing.
Long-term Vitality
I love supporting people who want to future-proof their bodies and stay strong, mobile, and independent as they age. Whether you’re looking to improve bone health, maintain muscle, support heart and brain function, or simply keep up with the life you love! Our work together focuses on sustainable movement that supports energy, resilience, and confidence for the long run.
Neurological Conditions
Following further Tertiary study in Neurological Science, Mackenzie grew passionate about supporting individuals living with Neurological conditions (MS, stroke, Parkinsons) to move with confidence, improve their function, and find enjoyment in rehabilitation.
Runners
Whether you’re returning to running after time off, managing ongoing niggles, or building toward a new goal, we help you to run stronger, prevent injury, and enjoy your running!
