Our online services are delivered through a user-friendly platform that allows you to access personalised exercise programs and virtual consultations from the comfort of your home or gym.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. It is helpful to complete your session in an area with some floor space for you to move around.

Referrals are not required for an Exercise Physiology session.

As health professionals, we are required to keep your health information confidential by law. We take your privacy and security very seriously, and our platforms use encrypted communications to ensure your personal and health information is protected.

Absolutely. Our Clinical Exercise Physiologists are trained to work with individuals with various medical conditions. During your Initial Assessment, we will review your medical history and tailor a safe and effective exercise plan for you.

We provide exercise programs for a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., arthritis, low back pain, injury recovery, chronic pain)

  • Women’s health (e.g., hormonal health, osteoporosis, pre/post-natal care, pelvic floor dysfunction)

  • Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, hypertension)

  • Metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome)

  • Neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery)

Funding

Yes! Depending on your level of cover, you can receive a rebate when accessing our services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage options. We can also provide invoices for you to submit to your insurance company if needed.

Yes! We bulk-bill Medicare sessions under the Chronic Disease Management Program. To access this program, you need a referral from your GP, and must meet the criteria for having a chronic condition. This program entitles you to a maximum of 5 rebated sessions per calendar year.

Yes, we accept funding through both the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

  • DVA: Eligible veterans can access our services under DVA funding with a valid referral from their GP.

  • NDIS: We work with NDIS participants who are either self-managed or plan-managed. Our services can be included under the Improved Health and Wellbei
